I, instead, took up the mantel. I often visit restaurants based on TV personalities. Specifically, Anthony Bourdain. He’s one of the few travel and food guys I didn’t feel like shilled to random locations. Thankfully, he never over sold anything, and often he’d bash the food if it wasn’t to his liking.
