I have to ask, why pie?

I have no idea if angry inmate ghosts smoke cigarettes. But, I would be willing to find out. If I’m staying the night in Cell Block E, you can bet your sweet ass I’m bringing a few cartons of Marlboros, a shit ton of lighters, a tray of homemade apple pies, and a few shivs for good measure.
