I've been trying to find the answer to this question for a while...

In regards to having published an article on Medium, in a publication, can this article be removed from a publication and republished in another publication?

I ask this because I once wrote a travel story that I submitted to a publication in my earliest days of being on Medium. It got barely any views, and I think it's content is quite timely based on some current world issues and I would like to re-submit it to a different publication. Is this considered badform? Is this also considered as an article having already been published and would therefore be unable to be accepted by some pubs?
