Thanks for reporting your take on these events, Bin. I felt so deflated after reading Tony's response to me that I couldn't even find the words to respond to him afterwards.

I'll be brutally honest here; up until Jan, I had always earned a very decent amount from my articles I published here. Much like everyone else, my earnings slashed to next to nothing in January, and my articles continue to earn pittance now. I've had one boosted article this month, which, with the amount of reads, would normally earn a few hundred dollars. Only now, it isn't, so even boosts are not earning.

If Tony is admitting that it's the writers who are only gaining engagement on their articles from being apart of 'sections' then it stands to reason that anyone who submits to publiactions now is going to earn far less than what they used to earn.
