The thing is, no matter what we do we will end up with crap earnings. How can a platform that once wanted us to join publications, and then introduce boosts, implement the featured articles system, and have the ability to tag other writers as well as subscribe- all actions that built our communities and echo chambers, now change the rules and tell us that all those features will now be the cause of less earnings? It’s not possible to ever earn again like we did before January, because even if you write about different topics, or gain new readers, eventually if those readers subscribe to you or read you regularly, you end up creating the same situation that you started in.
