This is exactly how I found myself feeling at the end of last year. It’s so hard!

But life is a hamster wheel for the average Joe. And slowing down might seem like a distant dream for many. So we keep running, even when we realize that the perpetual “tail-chasing” is the very reason our physical and mental health is in decline.
