This is such great advice. I was diagnosed with ADHD and it was honestly a relief because I have a family history of bipolar disorders, I spent my life worried that, that would explain how I was feeling. Starting the right medications have lifted a fog off my brain that I carried around and thought was normal. ADHD is not always being hyperactive. In my case it is a complete inability to focus on anything, as well as being very easily distracted and having a hyperfocus on certain things that will consume me.
Self diagnosers irritate me too, it’s up there with consulting dr google for every ailment! '
