Tony has categorised and penalised earnings for writers who are apart of 'sections' (his words); however, publications exist on Medium to create communities for writers and readers of shared niches. This was something that was once heavily supported and even promoted by Tony. So it makes no sense that he is saying writers that are apart of 'sections' will now earn less.
