Your article resonates with me so much. Sadly I have discovered my 13 year old daughter is cutting herself. The worst part is that we talk about everything but this is the one thing she refuses to discuss with me. I have found her a therapist who she is going to begin seeing but I am just so confused and I suppose if I can learn anything from your article it’s that I can’t control it I just have to be supportive and patient
