Your article was incredible, but it saddened me. I'm not a religious jew, but my Judaism is important to me.
To look at me as a stranger on the street, you would never know what my background Is and what faith I follow. However, I'm proud to stand up and tell anyone I am Jewish.
My grandfather is half Egyptian, however he is Jewish as is our entire family tracing back as long as anyone has researched.
No matter how many times I hear or read stories where someone has experienced prejudice for being of a certain faith, I still can never get my head around it.
No child should be blamed for their parents' actions, and no religion should be blamed for the actions of their history.
People are just people. This world is so messed up!
